Ace Pickleball Club Expands to Knoxville with Largest Indoor Facility in Tennessee

Ace Pickleball Club, a national franchise known for its community-focused approach, is expanding to Knoxville with a 47,000-square-foot facility that will become Tennessee's largest climate-controlled indoor pickleball club. Located at 11130 Kingston Pike, Suite 6, the new club will feature 15 competition-sized courts and one dinking court, offering members unlimited open play without reservation requirements or additional fees beyond a flat monthly membership.

The Knoxville location represents a significant investment in local recreation infrastructure and is expected to create 10 new jobs in the community. The club's simplified membership model operates similarly to traditional gym memberships, providing hassle-free access for players of all ages and skill levels. Members gain access to professional-grade cushioned courts, clinics, tournaments, social events, and equipment demos, including unlimited paddle testing from various brands.

Don Jacobson III, a fourth-generation spring manufacturer and robotics teacher, is bringing the franchise to Knoxville after being inspired by his experience at Ace Pickleball Club's Roswell location. Jacobson discovered pickleball as a way to connect with his family across generations, playing with both his children and parents. His background in teaching aligns with the club's "Start now, play forever" motto, and he envisions the facility as a space where families can unplug, stay active, and build community through America's fastest-growing sport.

The club will offer free introductory clinics for newcomers to learn the game's rules and feel comfortable playing. As part of its community appreciation efforts, Ace Pickleball Club is providing the first month of membership free leading up to the grand opening. Those interested can sign up for notifications through the email list available on their website.

This expansion reflects pickleball's growing popularity and the increasing demand for dedicated, accessible facilities that eliminate common barriers to play. With 16 locations already open nationwide and more planned for 2025, Ace Pickleball Club's growth strategy focuses on creating inclusive spaces that prioritize member experience while supporting local employment and community engagement through sports.
