Boostify provides press release amplification services, transforming your content into multiple formats for distribution across various platforms. The Service is designed to complement, not replace, traditional press release distribution services.

To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Boostify. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to transform, modify, and distribute your content as part of our Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Submit content that is harmful, threatening, or harassing
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures

6. Payment Terms

Boostify operates on a pay-as-you-go model. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our refund policy.

7. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our Service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. Refunds are processed at our discretion based on the circumstances of each case.

8. Limitation of Liability

Boostify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
