ALPHAWHISPERERS™ Launches Global Leadership Movement at United Nations During UNGA80
ALPHAWHISPERERS™ launched its global leadership initiative at the United Nations, aiming to cultivate strategic advisors who can influence top decision-makers and drive systemic change toward a more sustainable future.

The ALPHAWHISPERERS™ House convened at the United Nations Delegates Dining Room during UNGA80 on September 22, 2025, marking the launch of a global movement focused on cultivating strategic advisors and quiet influencers who operate behind powerful decision-makers. The event gathered global executives, innovators, and cultural leaders under the theme "Powering the Future: A New Breed of Exponential Leaders," signaling a significant shift in how leadership influence is conceptualized and deployed at the highest levels of global governance and business.
Founder Janet C. Salazar emphasized the movement's critical importance, stating that reframing how power and influence operates at society's highest levels represents the only way to democratize and humanize decision-making. This approach aims to create systemic, generational, and sustainable change that could shape a better future and potentially save civilization. The ALPHAWHISPERERS™ mission focuses on empowering what they term "Alpha Whisperers"—strategists, advisors, and influencers who represent the unseen power behind the power, working to humanize leadership decision-making processes globally.
The afternoon program featured a diverse range of leadership insights blended with cultural inspiration, including opening remarks from Salazar and Dr. Joshua W. Walker, President & CEO of Japan Society. The event included performances by The Frequency School, led by Grammy-nominated artist Maejor, who opened with a sound-therapy performance alongside Martina Fuchs, Kingsley M, Brandon Lee, and Aaron Dawson. The generational leadership spotlight featured Tomonari Abe, 10th Generation CEO of Abe Yoando Pharma, who shared how legacy fueled his leadership "moonshot," demonstrating the intersection of traditional business practices with innovative leadership approaches.
Fireside chats with Demee Koch, Founder & CEO of DE MOI, and Amantia Muhedini, UBS Head of Sustainable & Impact Investing Americas, highlighted the growing importance of sustainable business practices and impact investing in global leadership conversations. Keynotes from Dr. Kellyann Petrucci, bestselling author and longevity expert, and Dr. Hidekazu Yamada, President of the Japanese Society of Anti-Aging Medicine, connected leadership excellence with personal wellness and longevity, suggesting that effective leadership requires both strategic vision and personal vitality. Panel discussions featured leaders from major institutions including Shifra Ansonoff from BlackRock, Annabelle Manalo-Morgan from Masaya Medical, and representatives from Abe Yoando Pharma, discussing the integration of financial strategy, healthcare innovation, and sustainable leadership practices.
The movement's expansion plans include upcoming convenings in Davos, Washington, DC, and Athena, indicating the organization's commitment to maintaining momentum and continuing to activate what they describe as exponential leaders across multiple global power centers. This strategic geographic expansion suggests ALPHAWHISPERERS™ aims to embed its philosophy within existing global leadership networks while creating new pathways for influence and decision-making reform. The organization's approach represents a significant development in leadership theory and practice, potentially reshaping how power is distributed and exercised across global institutions and corporations in the coming years.
