American Fusion Inc. (OTC: AMFN) is broadening its operational scope beyond fusion energy with the launch of a Government Procurement Services segment, the company announced. The move aims to build relationships within defense and institutional procurement channels while its core fusion technology continues development.

The company disclosed an initial transaction tied to a Canadian Department of National Defence procurement requirement. American Fusion received a purchase order from Effective Acceleration Ventures Ltd. (“EAV”) for two 53100A Phase Noise Analyzer units, valued at approximately $58,000. The equipment will be supplied through Canadian contractor EAV for use in a defense-related capacity.

Management views the new procurement segment as a strategic avenue to establish institutional and defense-sector relationships while its fusion platform progresses. Through its subsidiary Kepler Fusion Technologies, American Fusion continues to develop the Texatron fusion platform for modular energy applications.

The diversification into government procurement could provide near-term revenue streams as the company advances its longer-term fusion energy goals. Fusion energy development typically requires significant capital and time, and this move may help offset costs while building credibility with government clients.
