American Tungsten Corp. Announces NI 43-101 Report and 2025 Drill Plans for Ima Mine
American Tungsten Corp. has released a technical report for the Ima Mine in Idaho and outlined its exploration program for summer 2025, targeting extensions of known veins and deeper mineralization, signaling potential growth in tungsten resources.

American Tungsten Corp. (CSE: TUNG) (OTCQB: DEMRF) (FSE: RK9) has taken a significant step forward in its exploration efforts at the Ima Mine in Idaho with the publication of an NI 43-101-compliant technical report. The company is now setting its sights on a comprehensive summer 2025 exploration program, which includes the rehabilitation of the D level to facilitate underground drilling and bulk sampling for metallurgical testwork. This initiative aims to explore extensions of the No. 5 and No. 7 veins, the southwest continuation of the West Ima vein, the Eastern Vein system, and deeper sections of the main Ima vein, alongside assessing additional potential across Patterson Creek.
CEO Ali Haji highlighted the opportunity presented by historical drilling data from Gentor and Inspiration, which suggests low-risk avenues for expanding known mineralization. However, the company cautions that the target grades and tonnages are conceptual, relying on unverified historical data, and emphasizes the necessity of further exploration to delineate any mineral resources. This development is crucial for the mining sector and investors, as it underscores American Tungsten Corp.'s commitment to advancing the Ima Mine project, potentially enhancing the supply of tungsten, a critical mineral for various industrial applications.
