The community recently opened Preston Woods and plans to open Harden Creek in September, adding 201 homes with one or two-bedroom designs. These residences are connected to the community's amenities via climate-controlled walkways, ensuring easy access for all residents.
Executive Director Bryan Bee highlighted the community's vibrant lifestyle and the affordability of its homes, which continue to attract significant interest. The new buildings, Preston Woods and Harden Creek, are strategically located to provide residents with convenient access to dining options like Cork and Fork and The Cardinal, as well as the Life Enrichment Center, which hosts various activities and events.
Sales Director Kailey Viray noted the rapid sales of residence buildings in the past, advising potential residents to act quickly if they plan to move within the next year.
