AZCREW Honors Jackie Orcutt as 2025 Woman ICON, Launches Scholarship to Support Women in Commercial Real Estate
The Arizona Commercial Real Estate Women organization recognizes industry leader Jackie Orcutt for her trailblazing career while establishing a new scholarship program to support women entering commercial real estate brokerage.

Arizona Commercial Real Estate Women (AZCREW) has selected CBRE Executive Vice President Jackie Orcutt as its 2025 Woman ICON honoree, recognizing her 18-year career and significant contributions to the commercial real estate industry. The ICON award, established in 2024, celebrates women who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and innovation while paving the way for future generations in commercial real estate.
The organization simultaneously announced the creation of the Rising ICON Scholarship, founded by AZCREW and 2024 Woman ICON honoree Beth Jo Zeitzer of R.O.I Properties. The $5,000 scholarship provides financial support for individuals seeking to build or transition into careers in CRE brokerage, covering expenses such as licenses, prep courses, exams, and professional development. Open to recent college graduates and professionals considering career changes, the program represents a tangible commitment to fostering new talent in the industry.
Orcutt's recognition comes after a decade of remarkable achievement, having completed more than 82 million square feet of transactions valued at over $2.1 billion while representing institutional landlords, investors, and tenants. Her performance earned her top producer status at CBRE and numerous accolades including AZ Business Magazine's Top 20 Most Influential Women in Arizona and AZRE Magazine's 40 Under 40. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Orcutt maintains active involvement with organizations including SIOR, Positive Paths, and PANDA, a volunteer-driven medical research funding organization for children.
AZCREW President Lynette Dreitz emphasized the significance of both honors, stating that an ICON represents someone whose leadership and impact leave a lasting mark on their industry while inspiring others to rise. The parallel initiatives of honoring established leaders like Orcutt while supporting emerging professionals through the scholarship program demonstrate AZCREW's comprehensive approach to advancing women in commercial real estate.
The 2025 Woman ICON event, scheduled for September 16, 2025 at the Phoenix Art Museum, will feature keynote speaker Amelia Rose Earhart, a former television news anchor who became the first person to pilot a single-engine aircraft around the world in recreation of her namesake's flight. Earhart's subsequent creation of the Fly with Amelia Foundation supports women in aviation, mirroring AZCREW's mission in a different sector. Her insights on leadership, teamwork, and adaptability amid turbulence have resonated with diverse audiences from Fortune 500 companies to military academies.
Orcutt expressed that receiving the Woman ICON recognition represents not just a personal honor but a celebration of collective accomplishment within the CREW community. She noted that the organization provided her first professional network, connecting her with trailblazers, colleagues, and friends who challenged and supported her career growth. The dual focus on honoring established leaders while investing in new talent through programs like the Rising ICON Scholarship reflects the organization's commitment to creating lasting change through mutual support and professional development.
