BIJOUX! Contemporary Jewelry Exhibition Returns to Boca Raton with Global Artists
The 12th Annual BIJOUX! Contemporary Jewelry Exhibition returns to Boca Raton, showcasing wearable art from international artists and highlighting the cultural and economic significance of handmade contemporary jewelry in the local arts community.

The 12th Annual BIJOUX! Contemporary Jewelry Exhibition will take place January 13–17, 2026, at The Studio at Mizner Park in Boca Raton, featuring visionary jewelry artists from Tel Aviv, Tuscany, Amsterdam, Argentina, and beyond. This event represents more than a showcase—it is an immersive experience where visitors can explore, try on, and purchase one-of-a-kind, handmade contemporary jewelry from globally recognized artists, underscoring the growing appreciation for craftsmanship and wearable art in the luxury market.
The return of BIJOUX! to Boca Raton is largely due to efforts by Andrea Kline, a longtime resident, philanthropist, and contemporary art collector who helped spearhead the exhibition's move to The Studio at Mizner Park. Kline, a former organizer of BIJOUX! during its tenure at the Boca Raton Museum of Art and current board member of The Studio, emphasized the event's cultural significance, stating, "BIJOUX! is not just about jewelry—it's about culture, craftsmanship, and connection. Bringing it back to Boca feels like a creative homecoming." This relocation highlights the strategic importance of accessible, intimate venues in fostering community engagement with the arts.
Featured artists include Bruce Metcalf, a celebrated American studio jeweler whose work is held in major public collections such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. Metcalf has exhibited in over 400 shows internationally since 1970, bringing extraordinary craftsmanship and scholarly insight to the field. Also featured is Jennifer Merchant, a Minneapolis-based artist known for bold acrylic pieces inspired by art books and fashion magazines. Her philosophy, "If you can’t see it from ten feet away, why bother?", embodies the innovation that defines BIJOUX!, reflecting trends toward bold, statement-making accessories in contemporary fashion.
Special events during the exhibition include an invitation-only VIP preview, Bubbles, Bangles & Beads, on January 13, and public days from January 14–17 with admission fees supporting the venue. New features include an Afternoon Tea Lounge for guest speakers and refreshments, and a Café Bar offering an à la carte menu, enhancing the experiential aspect of the event. BIJOUX! offers a rare opportunity for collectors and enthusiasts to engage with artists and acquire wearable art, emphasizing the economic and cultural value of handmade jewelry in the creative economy.
