Blue Note Entertainment Group has opened its renowned jazz club in Hollywood, California, demonstrating strong demand for entertainment venues in the Los Angeles market and highlighting the area's continued appeal to major cultural brands.
The opening of Blue Note Entertainment Group's famous jazz club at The Dome Entertainment Center in Hollywood signals robust demand for entertainment venues in the Los Angeles market. Located at 6372 Sunset Boulevard, the 8,558-square-foot venue features both an A-room for headlining performers and a B-room dedicated to developing artists, surprise jam sessions, and podcast recordings.
Blue Note Entertainment Group operates jazz clubs worldwide, including locations in New York, Tokyo, Milan, Waikiki, Beijing, Shanghai, Napa, and Brazilian cities Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. The Hollywood location will showcase major names across multiple music genres including Traditional Jazz, Contemporary Jazz, Blues, R&B, Latin Jazz, Big Bands, and Cabaret in an intimate 250-seat environment.
According to JLL's retail market analysis, the Los Angeles retail market remains healthy with vacancy currently at 5.8 percent and minimal new construction. The commercial real estate firm's representatives noted that Blue Note's choice of Hollywood over other Los Angeles locations demonstrates the area's strong entertainment draw. "This lease is an excellent indicator of the strength of Hollywood and its entertainment draw," said Liam Bredberg, JLL Associate. "Blue Note had a choice to open anywhere in the Los Angeles area but they chose this location in Hollywood."
