The Boca International Jewish Film Festival is expanding its 2026 edition with a longer duration, multiple venues, and pre-festival events, highlighting its growing role in showcasing Jewish cultural narratives and fostering community engagement through cinema.

The Boca International Jewish Film Festival (BIJFF) will return for its third annual edition in 2026 with an expanded lineup and extended schedule, featuring pre-festival events starting in January and a three-week main festival showcasing international Jewish and Israeli films. Co-founder Wendy Honig emphasized the festival's growth, stating, "We're building on the excitement of the past two years to make 2026 our biggest and boldest festival yet." The expansion reflects the event's increasing significance in promoting cultural exchange and community cohesion through cinema.
Pre-festival activities include a Big Reveal event on January 14 at Movies of Delray, where the full lineup will be announced, followed by the Cinebash Opening Celebration on January 26 at The Wick Theatre, featuring dinner and an exclusive screening. A shorts program on February 1 at Movies of Delray will highlight emerging Jewish filmmakers. The main festival runs from February 21 to March 22, 2026, across multiple venues: Cinemark Palace 20, Movies of Delray, and Paragon Theater Deerfield, broadening accessibility and audience reach.
Co-founder Lesley Rich noted the festival's commitment to diversity, saying, "As our festival grows, so does our commitment to presenting diverse voices and compelling stories that reflect the global Jewish experience."
