Bo's Beach Launches Sunday Brunch Club with Florida Keys-Inspired Menu
Bo's Beach in Fort Lauderdale has introduced a new Sunday brunch experience featuring Florida Keys-inspired cuisine and live music, expanding its coastal dining offerings following a recent renovation.

Bo's Beach has launched Bo's Beach Brunch Club, a new Sunday brunch experience that brings the laid-back island lifestyle of the Florida Keys to Fort Lauderdale Beach. The brunch service begins on Sunday, October 12, and will be available every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., served both downstairs and at the La Playa Rooftop location.
The new brunch menu from Chef Eduardo Guerra features tropical flavors and seafood favorites, allowing guests to enjoy a coastal getaway without traveling to the Florida Keys. The experience includes rotating local guitarists performing island-style music and crowd favorites on a newly installed stage, creating an authentic Keys atmosphere. The restaurant recently completed renovations that transformed the space with beachy green hues, Adirondack chairs, and island-inspired decor to enhance the coastal escape theme.
Brunch offerings include both sweet and savory dishes with coastal influences. Appetizers feature oysters of the day, conch fritters, crispy calamari, snow crab claws, and smoked mahi-mahi dip. New brunch specialties include a Watermelon Salad with feta and mint, Southern Eggs Benedict with fried chicken, and Steak and Eggs with churrasco steak. The Avocado Toast can be enhanced with Old Bay shrimp for an additional $6, while the Rise and Shine Breakfast Pizza features three sunny side up eggs and prosciutto.
The beverage program includes cocktail specials and an assortment of Proseccos and Rosés starting at $14. Signature brunch cocktails include the Beachy-Lychee with New Amsterdam Vodka and lychee liqueur, the Cucumber Reef Cooler featuring Hendrick's Gin, and the Slow Reveal made with Diplamatico Planas Rum. The Signature Bloody Mary comes loaded with bacon, blackened shrimp, and blue cheese stuffed olives.
Guests can also order from the main menu during brunch hours, which includes wood-fired oven pizzas, sandwiches like the blackened grouper Reuben and Maine lobster roll, and entrees such as beer-battered fish and chips and lobster mac 'n' cheese. Dessert options include key lime pie, brownie skillet sundae, and affogato to complete the dining experience.
La Playa Rooftop serves as Fort Lauderdale Beach's skyline escape, offering panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean with an open-air design that captures sea breezes. The rooftop operates Friday through Sunday, focusing on peak dining and social hours to create a high-energy atmosphere. Both Bo's Beach and La Playa Rooftop maintain a casual dress code where guests are welcome in flip-flops and bathing suits straight from the sand, and furry friends are also welcomed.
