The Better World Regulatory Coalition Inc. (BWRCI) has taken a significant step towards ensuring the safety of advanced AI systems by launching the open-source repository for the Quantum-Secured AI Fail-Safe Protocol (QSAFP) on GitHub. This initiative invites developers, researchers, and security architects to contribute to the protocol's public layers, which include specifications for quantum-boundary enforcement and tools for integration testing.

QSAFP is designed to enforce runtime expiration, command authorization limits, and quantum-sealed checkpoints, making irreversible misuse of AI structurally impossible. Max Davis, founder of BWRCI, describes the protocol as a 'seatbelt for AGI,' emphasizing the importance of foundational infrastructure that safeguards humanity without hindering innovation.

BWRCI is also extending an invitation to founding implementation partners, including major industry players and national security bodies, to collaborate on commercial SDK integrations and the development of quantum-secured fail-safe chipsets.
