Chiropractor Faces Legal Action After Secretly Filming Nude Patients
A chiropractic patient has retained legal counsel after discovering her trusted doctor secretly recorded her and hundreds of other patients, including minors, while undressed during medical treatments.
Dr. David Hanson, owner of Hanson Family Chiropractic in Batavia, Illinois, faces multiple felony charges after authorities uncovered more than 180 hidden-camera recordings of patients—many of them nude, some of them minors—taken without consent. The Kane County State's Attorney has called the case one of the most egregious violations of patient privacy they've ever encountered.

The woman, a longtime patient of the clinic, had undergone multiple red-light therapy sessions where patients disrobe in private rooms for treatment.
