Club Pilates and Pure Barre have announced a partnership with Midi Health to launch the 'Strong Through Every Stage' campaign, providing members with comprehensive resources focused on women's midlife health. The collaboration between the largest Pilates brand and the leading barre brand with the virtual clinic will offer educational content, workshops, and events addressing hormone health, peri/menopause management, longevity, and aging well across all 50 states.

Running from September 9, 2025, through February 28, 2026, the campaign will feature experiential workshops with Midi clinicians in select Club Pilates and Pure Barre studios nationwide, beginning in the Bay Area, Chicago, Houston, Indianapolis, and Washington DC. These workshops will focus on science-backed solutions tailored to women's midlife health needs, including disease prevention, beauty, and sexual health, complementing the physical fitness offerings of both brands.

Steve Pankowski, Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Xponential Fitness, emphasized the holistic approach to health, stating that healthy living extends beyond exercise equipment and requires attention to hormonal health and menopause management. The partnership leverages Midi Health's insurance-covered care and clinical expertise, with 91% of patients reporting symptom improvement within 60 days of starting their programs.

Midi Health, founded by women for women and trusted by more than 200,000 women across the U.S., is expanding its focus to address all aspects of midlife health while destigmatizing menopause. CEO and Co-founder Joanna Strober highlighted the synergy between movement and medical care, particularly during midlife when women's health needs change dramatically. The partnership aims to meet women in spaces where they feel strong and supported, providing access to expert, personalized care through virtual clinic services.

Participating studios will extend exclusive offers to existing Midi customers interested in incorporating low-impact, muscle-building workouts into their holistic wellness journey, creating a comprehensive approach to women's health that integrates fitness with specialized medical support.
