COFFYLAW Launches $1,000 Social Responsibility Scholarship for Community-Driven Students

COFFYLAW, a boutique intellectual property and business litigation firm, has established a $1,000 Social Responsibility Scholarship to support students who exemplify academic achievement and community engagement. The scholarship, open to students pursuing degrees in law, social support services, and intellectual property protection, reflects the firm's decade-long commitment to social responsibility.

Applicants must submit a comprehensive 1,000-word essay detailing their community contributions, personal motivations for helping others, and a specific instance of going above and beyond to support someone in need. The scholarship committee will evaluate candidates based on academic performance, volunteer work, extracurricular participation, and innovative thinking.

The award, applicable to Associate, Bachelor's, or Post-Graduate degree programs, is part of COFFYLAW's broader Social Responsibility Initiative. Founded by Emmanuel Coffy, a patent-holding inventor, the firm seeks to encourage and support students who demonstrate a genuine commitment to making a positive societal impact.

Interested students must submit their application materials, including a current resume and unofficial academic transcript, by April 30, 2025. Scholarship recipients will be announced in July, providing financial support to help promising students advance their educational and professional goals.
