Community Foundation of Howard County Honors Retiring CEO Beverly White-Seals for Transformative Leadership
The Community Foundation of Howard County is hosting an event to celebrate retiring president and CEO Beverly White-Seals, whose 13-year tenure saw record fundraising and $28 million in grants distributed to local nonprofits.

The Community Foundation of Howard County will host an event recognizing Beverly White-Seals, the past president and CEO who is retiring after 13 years of service. The celebration will take place on September 25 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Horowitz Center at Howard Community College.
During her tenure, White-Seals oversaw record-breaking fundraising efforts and expanded the organization's impact throughout the community. Under her leadership, the Community Foundation distributed more than $28 million in grants to nonprofits and established initiatives to address key issues facing Howard County. Barbara Rishel, chair of the Community Foundation, stated, "We're deeply grateful to Beverly for her years of visionary leadership and unwavering dedication to our community. We look forward to recognizing her profound impact growing the foundation and deepening its mission."

The Community Foundation of Howard County serves as a knowledgeable, trusted partner that forges connections between donors and nonprofit organizations to provide impactful investments in the community.
