Compensation Advisory Partners, a national executive compensation consulting firm, has promoted Roman Beleuta, Michael Bonner, and Kyle Eastman to partner positions. Mr. Beleuta, based in the firm's Seattle office, serves as Northwest Market Co-Lead and brings over a decade of experience working with public and private companies. His expertise spans compensation strategy development, competitive pay programs, annual and long-term incentive plan design, director compensation, pay for performance analyses, and IPO-related issues. He has worked with clients across insurance, financial services, manufacturing, retail, and consumer brands industries.
Mr. Bonner, located in the New York office, has been with the firm for more than ten years. He advises compensation committees and senior management teams on executive and non-employee director compensation matters, with expertise in incentive plan design, compensation benchmarking, and performance measurement. His experience includes working with public and private companies in financial services, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, and retail sectors, as well as special situations involving mergers & acquisitions, private equity portfolio companies, and IPOs.
Mr. Eastman, also based in Seattle as Northwest Market Co-Lead, brings more than a decade of experience advising board compensation committees and senior management teams. His areas of expertise include compensation strategy development, executive compensation benchmarking, detailed financial analysis, pay vs. performance evaluation, annual and long-term incentive plan design, and compensation-related regulatory compliance.
