Critical Infrastructure Technologies and H. Cegielski-Poznan Advance Partnership for Nexus 20 Autonomous Platform in Poland
Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. has provided an update on its partnership with H. Cegielski-Poznan S.A. to produce and deploy the Nexus 20 autonomous platform in Central and Eastern Europe, strengthening regional security for NATO's Eastern Flank.
Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT) (OTC: CITLF) (FRA: X9V) announced an update to its executed Letter of Intent with H. Cegielski – Poznan S.A. (HCP), a subsidiary of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A. (PGZ), to establish a strategic partnership for the Nexus 20 autonomous platform. The partnership aims to combine CiTech's advanced technology with HCP's manufacturing and integration capabilities to address the requirements of the Polish Armed Forces and NATO's Eastern Flank.
Between May 20-24, Brenton Scott, CEO of CiTech, visited HCP headquarters in Poznan to progress commercial, technical, and logistical arrangements. The first Nexus 20 prototype has been dispatched to HCP's Poznań facility and is expected to arrive in late July 2026 for technical evaluation and proof-of-concept demonstrations with regional stakeholders.
The scope of the intended cooperation includes establishing HCP as a manufacturing and integration hub for Nexus 20 platforms in Central and Eastern Europe, facilitating technology transfer for local maintenance and support, and leveraging HCP's position within the PGZ Group to pursue government and defence contracts. The Nexus 20 platform provides rapid, autonomous telecommunications and surveillance infrastructure designed to support modern defence and critical security operations.
