Electronic Frontier Ltd (EFL), a prominent value-added distributor serving the UK telecommunications market, has chosen Incognito Software Systems' Digital Experience (DX) Solution to deliver premium device management services to its broadband provider customers. The implementation will be facilitated through cloud-based platform delivery managed by value-added partner BM COM.
The partnership will provide EFL's customers with centralized visibility and control over broadband devices, enabling faster service activation, proactive Wi-Fi management and troubleshooting capabilities, and reduced operational costs. The carrier-grade solution features an award-winning TR-069 Auto Configuration Server (ACS) with TR-369 User Services Platform (USP) support, ensuring interoperability across diverse devices while future-proofing EFL's service offerings.
