ESGold Advances Toward Production with Gravity Separation Circuit Installation at Montauban Site
ESGold Corp. has completed its gravity separation circuit at the Montauban site in Quebec, marking a significant milestone in its transition to becoming a mineral producer with potential gold and silver recovery from historic tailings.

ESGold Corp. has reached a pivotal milestone in its mining operations by successfully delivering Humphrey spiral concentrators to its Montauban site in Quebec, completing the full gravity separation circuit crucial for near-term production.
The newly installed system will process up to 1,000 tonnes of historic tailings daily, with the capability to produce a marketable mica concentrate while simultaneously recovering gold and silver. This development represents a strategic step toward the company's goal of transitioning from an exploration entity to a production-focused mineral resource company.
CEO Paul Mastantuono characterized the installation as a tangible advancement in the company's operational strategy. The company is targeting first production by the end of 2025, with construction progressing and an updated preliminary economic assessment expected in the near future.
The Montauban site, located 80 kilometers west of Quebec City, serves as a model for responsible mining practices, combining immediate production potential with broader district-scale exploration opportunities. By focusing on processing historic tailings, ESGold demonstrates an innovative approach to resource recovery that maximizes existing mineral assets while minimizing environmental impact.
This development signals ESGold's commitment to sustainable mining practices and its potential to generate near-term revenue from previously overlooked mineral resources. The gravity separation circuit represents a critical technological investment that could enhance the company's market position and economic viability in the competitive mining sector.
