ESGold Corp. Advances Montauban Project with Strategic Infrastructure Milestone

ESGold Corp. has reached a key infrastructure milestone at its Montauban project in Quebec, installing Humphrey spiral concentrators to enable gold and silver recovery from historic tailings. The gravity separation circuit, designed to process up to 1,000 tonnes per day, represents a critical component of the company's innovative low-impact mining strategy.

CEO Paul Mastantuono confirmed that project construction remains on schedule, with first production still targeted for the end of 2025. The company is simultaneously preparing an updated Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) and plans to release a comprehensive 3D geological model in the coming weeks.

The project's progress comes amid a strong period for Canadian gold production. Canada currently ranks as the fourth-largest gold-producing nation globally, with major companies like Barrick Gold, Kinross Gold, and B2Gold reporting robust first quarter 2025 results.

ESGold's approach emphasizes sustainable resource recovery, leveraging the Montauban property's potential for near-term production and long-term district-scale exploration. The implementation of gravity separation technology demonstrates the company's commitment to clean mining innovation and efficient resource extraction.
