Family Trust Federal Credit Union (Family Trust) has been named the Best-In-State Credit Union in South Carolina by Forbes, a testament to its commitment to excellence in the financial sector. This accolade is part of a series of recognitions for Family Trust, including its inclusion in Newsweek’s 2025 list of America’s Best Regional Banks and Credit Unions and a consistent top (5-star) rating from BauerFinancial for the 28th consecutive quarter.
The Forbes ranking was determined through a partnership with Statista, surveying 26,000 U.S. consumers on various aspects of financial institutions such as trust, customer service, digital tools, financial advice, and fee transparency. Additionally, over 500,000 online reviews from February 2022 through March 2025 were analyzed, with survey results making up 80% of the score and reviews accounting for the remaining 20%.
