Fisher Phillips Expands Los Angeles Presence with New Office Leases

Fisher Phillips LLP, an international labor and employment law firm, has recently secured two new office leases in the Los Angeles area, underscoring its growth and the increasing demand for its services. The firm signed a 35,744-square-foot lease at 515 South Flower Street in downtown Los Angeles and a 13,624-square-foot lease at 21600 Oxnard Street in Woodland Hills, California. These expansions reflect the firm's dedication to serving its clients and attracting top legal talent in the region.

Todd Scherwin, Regional Managing Partner at Fisher Phillips, emphasized the firm's deep roots in Southern California and its commitment to providing exceptional service to businesses and individuals. The new offices are not just about expanding the firm's physical presence but also about reinforcing its pledge to the community and its clients. With over 675 attorneys across 45 offices in the United States, Mexico, and Japan, Fisher Phillips is well-positioned to address a wide range of workplace legal issues.

The leases were facilitated by JLL's Jim Schoolfield and Kevin Bender, who highlighted the significance of quality office spaces in attracting employees and meeting client needs. Despite a general slowdown in LA office leasing, firms like Fisher Phillips continue to thrive and expand, demonstrating the enduring importance of physical office locations in the legal sector and beyond.
