Florida Boy Burger Co. Expands Statewide with Four New Restaurants

Florida Boy Burger Co., a fast-casual restaurant concept celebrating Florida's culinary heritage, announced plans to expand statewide with four new locations in 2025. The company will open restaurants in Orlando, Jacksonville, Naples, and North Port, bringing its distinctive Old-Florida themed dining experience to a broader audience.

Co-founder Roger Lolly emphasized the brand's mission to tell Florida's story through innovative design and locally sourced cuisine. Each new 2,800-square-foot location will feature immersive decor including reclaimed cypress bars, antique postcards, and unique educational elements like a 500-gallon freshwater tank housing live baby alligators.

The expansion represents a significant economic investment, with each restaurant requiring approximately $1.6 million in capital and creating 35 to 40 jobs. The company will source 100 percent chuck-and-brisket patties from a cooperative of Panhandle cattle ranchers, highlighting its commitment to local agriculture and sustainability.

Beyond restaurant growth, Florida Boy Burger Co. maintains a strong community focus through its 'Burgers for the Bay' initiative, which supports Everglades restoration and hosts monthly waterway clean-up events. The company is also exploring potential strategic partnerships for future expansion into neighboring Southeastern markets.

This strategic expansion demonstrates the restaurant's ambition to become a significant player in Florida's competitive dining landscape while maintaining its core values of local sourcing, environmental stewardship, and celebrating the state's unique cultural heritage.
