Fluke Corporation has announced the appointment of Parker Burke as President and Group President of Fortive’s Connected Reliability Group, effective July 7, 2025. Burke is set to lead Fluke and Fluke Reliability in delivering innovative technology and services aimed at reducing downtime, enhancing safety, and improving operational resilience for customers worldwide.
With 15 years of leadership experience within Fortive businesses, Burke's most recent role was as Group President of Fortive’s Environmental Health & Safety Group. His expertise in advancing connected safety and environmental health and safety software has been pivotal in positioning Industrial Scientific and Intelex as leaders in their fields.
Olumide Soroye, CEO of Fortive, highlighted Burke's operational expertise and commitment to innovation as key factors in his selection for this role. Burke's leadership is expected to further the Connected Reliability Group's mission of transitioning customers from reactive to predictive operations through AI-driven solutions and precision measurement technologies.
Burke's career at Fortive includes significant roles at Gilbarco Veeder-Root and Anderson-Negele, where he focused on customer-centric growth and operational excellence. His background also includes service as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps, underscoring his leadership and strategic planning skills.
Expressing his enthusiasm for the new role, Burke emphasized his commitment to building on Fluke's legacy of precision, safety, and innovation to address the critical challenges faced by today's industrial workforce. Burke holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
