Reynolds' career includes overseeing Asia-Pacific operations from Hong Kong, where he managed an $80 billion portfolio and 16,000 employees. His experience spans operations in over 25 countries, including complex government relations and regulatory compliance initiatives. He has also served as Chairman of the Board of Bank of Kigali, Rwanda's largest bank, demonstrating his capability in diverse international markets.
