Geopulse Exploration Acquires Remaining Stake in ATC Services, Expands Permian Basin Operations
Geopulse Exploration has completed its full acquisition of ATC Services, a Texas-based oil and gas construction firm, potentially adding $12 million in annual revenue and positioning itself for strategic growth in the energy services sector.

Geopulse Exploration, Inc. has finalized its acquisition of ATC Services, a strategic move that strengthens the company's position in the Permian Basin's oil and gas services market. By purchasing the remaining 50% of ATC's membership units, Geopulse now fully owns the Texas-based construction and maintenance services provider.
The acquisition brings significant potential for revenue growth, with management projecting approximately $12 million in additional annual run-rate revenue. ATC Services specializes in critical infrastructure support for the energy sector, offering services including drilling pad construction, road maintenance, environmental remediation, and specialized equipment operations.
As part of the transaction, ATC's CEO Chris Bishop and Director Shawn Rye will join Geopulse's Board of Directors, ensuring continuity of leadership and strategic expertise. The company plans to leverage ATC's existing client relationships and expand operations through organic growth and potential future acquisitions in the Texas market.
Geopulse leadership views the acquisition as strategically important, citing increasing energy demand and potential industrial re-shoring efforts as key drivers for sustained growth. The company will operate ATC Services as a wholly-owned subsidiary and is preparing to open a new headquarters in Big Spring, Texas in June 2025.
The acquisition represents a significant step in Geopulse's expansion strategy within the oilfield services sector, positioning the company to capitalize on growing opportunities in West Texas's energy infrastructure market.
