Huddle House is bringing Halloween cheer to its customers with the permanent addition of Cookies & Cream Sweet Cakes to its menu and special promotions for loyalty program members. The neighborhood restaurant chain announced the menu change alongside a series of Halloween-themed offers available through its Huddle Rewards program.
The Cookies & Cream Sweet Cakes feature crushed chocolate cookies cooked inside thick and fluffy sweet cakes, topped with additional cookie crumbles, rich chocolate syrup, and whipped cream. Stephanie Mattingly, VP of Marketing for Huddle House, stated that the company is excited to make this fan favorite a lasting part of the menu while promising more surprises and exclusive offers for loyalty program members throughout the year.
Huddle Rewards members receive special treatment during the Halloween season. From October 15 through 22, members can enjoy a free dessert with any meal purchase. Then, from October 22 through 31, they can claim two free Cookies & Cream Sweet Cakes at participating locations. The program allows guests to sign up online or through the Huddle House app, available on Google Play and the App Store, or by scanning a QR code to access benefits without downloading the app.
The loyalty program operates on a points-based system where members collect one point for every $1 spent, redeemable for starters, entrées, and desserts whether dining in or ordering online. The program tracks points so members can monitor their progress as they earn. Higher-tier MVP and All-Star members unlock exclusive perks including bonus points, exclusive event invitations, and monthly rewards such as free waffles for MVPs and extra breakfasts for All-Stars throughout the year.
