Hylaine Announces Major Rebrand and 50% Workforce Expansion Amid Rapid Growth
Tech consulting firm Hylaine unveils a new brand identity and plans to add 100 employees over the next year, signaling its challenge to traditional consulting models and expansion in regulated industries.

Hylaine today announced its new strategic brand positioning and purpose designed to rewrite the playbook for the tech consulting industry. The firm, which has experienced 216% revenue growth over the past three years, plans to grow its workforce by 50%, adding 100 employees across its strategic U.S. hubs over the next year. This expansion comes as Hylaine earns its fourth consecutive spot on the Inc. 5000, ranking #2,003 this year.
The company's rebranding represents its biggest brand move since its inception eight years ago, emphasizing values such as partnerships over transactions, honesty without exceptions, and transparency in everything. Hylaine Founder and CEO Adam Boitnott stated, "We reject the traditional consulting model that's known for overpromising, underdelivering, and treating clients like transactions to score short-term wins." This values-first approach has attracted clients including a Fortune 25 healthcare enterprise and a top 20 U.S. retail bank.
Hylaine's growth strategy is backed by Summit Park's investment, positioning the company for aggressive organic and M&A growth while remaining privately held. The firm will sharpen its focus on regulated, data-intensive industries—especially banking, insurance, healthcare, and life sciences—where compliance, performance, and scalability are non-negotiable. Open positions will include leadership roles, industry subject matter experts, and technical consulting positions.
The company debuted its new brand identity simultaneously across all internal and external digital channels, including its website and sales and marketing assets. The new creative features a hexagonal logo-mark split into two pieces that join to form the letter "H," symbolizing partnership. Tech leaders at Fortune 1000 companies turn to Hylaine for services including Advisory, Data & AI, Application Development, Cloud, and Delivery, particularly when modernizing legacy systems and ensuring data readiness for AI implementation.
Since its founding in 2017, Hylaine has expanded from its Charlotte, NC headquarters to Raleigh, NC, Atlanta, GA, Dallas-Fort Worth, TX, and now Indianapolis, IN. The company's triple-digit growth and planned workforce expansion signal a significant challenge to established consulting models and reflect the growing demand for values-driven technology partnerships in critical industries.
