inDrive.Money Expands to Brazil with Financial Inclusion Initiative for Drivers
inDrive has launched its financial service inDrive.Money in Brazil, partnering with fintech EmpreX to provide quick cash loans to drivers through its app, aiming to enhance financial inclusion and economic stability for service providers.

inDrive, a global mobility platform operating in 48 countries, has launched inDrive.Money in Brazil to support financial inclusion for drivers by offering quick access to cash loans within its app. The service, available in approximately 90 locations including major cities like Manaus and Belo Horizonte, partners with EmpreX, a Latin American fintech specializing in financing for small businesses and service providers. This integration allows drivers to apply for loans and repay them directly through the inDrive app, streamlining the process into a few taps.
Alexander Kurchin, Head of Growth at inDrive.Money, emphasized the company's mission to empower people with fair choices, noting that Brazil is a key market with hundreds of thousands of drivers relying on the platform for income. The launch builds on inDrive.Money's experience in Mexico, Colombia, and Peru, offering a proven financial tool to strengthen economic independence and support daily livelihoods. Initial results show high driver engagement and satisfaction, with 86% of users indicating they would take another loan and recommend the product.
Silvan Roth, CEO of EmpreX, highlighted the challenges faced by Brazil's service providers, who often resort to loans with exorbitant terms. By integrating EmpreX credit into the inDrive app, the partnership aims to provide real working capital efficiently, giving drivers freedom, flexibility, and the ability to maintain their operations without interruption. EmpreX manages the entire assessment process, including scoring, repayment terms, and loan disbursement, with regulatory compliance supported through its partnership with BMP SCD, a licensed Brazilian financial institution.
The expansion of inDrive.Money into Brazil is part of inDrive's broader strategy to diversify beyond ride-hailing and align with its mission to improve the lives of 1 billion people by 2030 through fair services and enhanced financial inclusion. The goal is to extend the product to all cities where inDrive operates in Brazil, further supporting the economic resilience of drivers and delivery personnel.
