Award-winning designer Jianming Li has been appointed as Lead Designer by NW Unicorn LLC to spearhead brand development at two prestigious U.S. footwear events, signaling a strategic move into the American market with innovative barefoot and children's footwear lines.

NW Unicorn LLC has selected Jianming (Nicolas) Li as Lead Designer to drive its strategic expansion into the U.S. footwear market, leveraging his internationally recognized design expertise at two prominent industry events in 2025 and 2026.
Li, an award-winning designer known for his innovative and sustainable footwear designs, will lead the brand's presence at the Footwear Show New York Expo (FSNYE) 2025 and the Barefoot Shoe Expo 2026. At FSNYE, he will oversee the U.S. launch of PIGYPIGY, the company's children's barefoot footwear brand, presenting the 2026–2027 product line and engaging with key industry buyers.
The Barefoot Shoe Expo, the world's only trade show dedicated to minimalist and anatomical footwear, will feature Li as Footwear Design Director for the BLACK CICADA project. This platform will showcase his technical innovation and design philosophy across over 120 global brands focused on health-driven footwear.
Li's appointment represents a significant strategic move for NW Unicorn LLC, positioning the company to capitalize on growing consumer interest in specialized, health-conscious footwear.
