Innovative Designs Reports 120% Sales Growth and Fourth Consecutive Profitable Quarter
Innovative Designs, Inc. achieved a 120% increase in fiscal Q3 sales and expects further growth due to rising demand for its patented insulation product and anticipated Federal Reserve interest rate cuts.

Innovative Designs, Inc. (OTCQB: IVDN) reported a 120% increase in fiscal third-quarter revenues compared to the same period last year, reaching $612,636 for the quarter ending July 31, 2025. The company also achieved profitability for the fourth consecutive quarter and surpassed $2 million in total revenue for the fiscal year in August, marking the first time in its history. Over the past nine months, revenues totaled $1,952,921, representing a 203% increase over the same period in 2024.
The company's cash reserves have grown to over $532,000, partly due to improved accounts receivable collections, which have been shortened to just 39.8 days. This financial strength supports ongoing production increases and efforts to secure new product certifications for Insultex House Wrap®, making it applicable to a wider range of users in the homebuilding and remodeling markets.
Demand for Insultex House Wrap® is driven by new government building codes that specify continuous insulation and exterior R-Value requirements. The product's patented vacuum cell insulation provides an R-6 moisture barrier membrane without needing additional insulation boards, offering significant advantages and cost savings over competitive products. Joseph A. Riccelli Jr., CEO of Innovative Designs, commented on the growth, stating, "We are very encouraged by the continued growth of our customer base and sales results so far, but we have much bigger plans for expansion of our marketing for Insultex House Wrap® in the quarters ahead."
Much of the sales success is attributed to Michigan-based distributor Built Link Solutions, LLC, which has effectively educated homebuilding market customers across the U.S. on the product's benefits. Randy Kimbler, Director of Business Development at Built Link Solutions, noted, "We have seen an extremely positive response to Insultex House Wrap® wherever we go, and all it takes to get new customers on board is to educate them on the facts of how it works better than all other options."
Looking forward, the company anticipates a sales growth surge with the expected start of a Federal Reserve interest rate cutting cycle, which is likely to spur increased activity in the homebuilding industry. Riccelli emphasized, "With the start of an interest rate cutting cycle right at this time, there should be a commensurate surge in the homebuilding industry, which will mean even more opportunity for our growing Insultex House Wrap® sales programs." Innovative Designs is actively pursuing new certifications and expanding production capacity to meet rising demand and capitalize on these market conditions.
