LaFleur Minerals Advances Exploration in Quebec's Abitibi Belt Amid Rising Gold Prices
LaFleur Minerals is progressing with drilling at its Swanson Gold Project in Quebec's prolific Abitibi Greenstone Belt while preparing to restart its Beacon Gold Mill, positioning the company to capitalize on record-high gold prices and potential future production.

LaFleur Minerals Inc. (CSE: LFLR) (OTCQB: LFLRF) is advancing exploration at its Swanson Gold Project located in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt near Val-d'Or, Quebec, a globally renowned gold district. The company has completed seven diamond drill holes totaling 1,764 meters as part of an ongoing 5,000-meter program, with three holes already sampled, sawn, and sent to the assay laboratory for analysis of geological, geophysical, and geochemical targets up to 3 km from the Swanson Gold Deposit.
The exploration progress comes at a time when gold prices have reached record highs, with some analysts predicting prices may continue to rise above $4,000 per ounce in the coming year. This favorable market environment enhances the economic potential of LaFleur's 18,304-hectare property in one of Canada's most productive gold regions. The company has undertaken recent funding initiatives to raise capital for its operations, supporting both exploration activities and mill development.
LaFleur has filed an updated NI 43-101 Technical Report for the Swanson Gold Project and is working to restart operations at its fully permitted and refurbished Beacon Gold Mill. The mill's reactivation would eventually create a revenue stream from processing nearby mine production as well as potential mineralized material from the Swanson project itself. All scientific and technical information has been reviewed and approved by Louis Martin, P.Geo., OGQ, Exploration Manager and Technical Advisor of the company, who is considered a Qualified Person for the purposes of NI 43-101.
