LRN Corporation, a leader in ethics and compliance solutions, received seven awards at the 2025 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards, earning four Gold and three Silver awards in the Learning and Development category. This marks the company's fifth consecutive year of recognition from the prestigious awards program. The awards were accepted jointly with client partners including HP Inc., Sanofi, TE Connectivity, PepsiCo, Inc., Standard Chartered, and Freeport-McMoRan.

According to Lenny Izzo, Chief Revenue Officer at LRN Corporation, the Brandon Hall Group Awards hold particular significance as they are submitted in collaboration with clients and reflect recommendations from client relationship teams. Silver awards went to Sanofi for Catalyst Reveal in Best Learning Technology Implementation, Freeport-McMoRan for Anti-Bribery and Corruption Compliance Training, and HP Inc. for Integrating Privacy in the Product Engineering in Best Custom Content.

Entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts, and executives based on multiple criteria including alignment to business needs, program design and functionality, adoption and integration, innovation and creativity, and overall effectiveness and measurable benefits. Rachel Cooke, Brandon Hall Group Chief Operating Officer and HCM Excellence Awards program leader, noted that this year's winners exemplify the transformative power of strategic human capital management through innovative approaches to talent development and employee engagement.
