McEwen Mining Applauds Goliath Resources' Ambitious 40,000-Meter Drill Campaign in Golden Triangle

McEwen Mining has publicly recognized Goliath Resources for initiating its most extensive drilling campaign to date at the Golddigger Property in British Columbia's Golden Triangle. The 2025 program will encompass 40,000 meters of drilling, focusing exclusively on expanding the Surebet high-grade gold discovery.

The drilling initiative aims to extend the mineralized system both laterally and vertically, with a particular emphasis on testing multiple feeder dykes and structural intersections. Building upon over 92,000 meters of previous drilling and advanced geological modeling from the Colorado School of Mines, Goliath is pursuing a comprehensive strategy to unlock additional value from the vertically stacked vein system.

This technical approach marks a significant milestone in exploring the Eocene-aged dykes, which have previously been overlooked but are now confirmed to host high-grade gold deposits. McEwen Mining has praised Goliath's data-driven methodology and the continued technical momentum behind what they consider one of the Golden Triangle's most promising gold discoveries.

The extensive drilling program represents a critical step in understanding and potentially expanding the resource potential of the Golddigger Property. By systematically investigating the geological structures and mineralization, Goliath Resources could substantially enhance the property's economic viability and attract increased investor interest in the region.
