MD Now Urgent Care has been announced as the title sponsor for Slow Burn Theatre Company's 2025/2026 season, marking a significant corporate commitment to regional arts in South Florida. The sponsorship, presented by United Community Bank, will support five major productions at the Amaturo Theater at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, strengthening the theater company's mission to deliver high-caliber musical theater while nurturing local artistic talent.
Slow Burn Theatre Artistic Director Patrick Fitzwater expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, noting that MD Now's support ensures award-winning regional theater remains accessible to South Florida audiences. The 2025/2026 season builds on Slow Burn's successful 15th anniversary year, which included 28 Carbonell Award nominations and six wins. The lineup features five productions: Catch Me If You Can (October 11–26), Disney's Frozen (December 13–January 4), Beautiful, The Carole King Musical (February 14–March 1), Hairspray (April 11–26), and Alanis Morissette's Jagged Little Pill: The Musical (June 13–28).
