Mullen Automotive Delivers First Bollinger B4 Electric Truck for Mobile EV Charging
Mullen Automotive's Bollinger Motors delivers a specialized electric truck to EnviroCharge for mobile Level 3 charging deployment, addressing growing electric vehicle infrastructure needs in California.

Mullen Automotive's subsidiary Bollinger Motors has delivered its first 2025 Bollinger B4 electric truck to EnviroCharge, marking a significant step in expanding mobile electric vehicle charging infrastructure. The truck will be converted into a mobile Level 3 charging unit and is set to debut at the ACT Expo 2025 in Anaheim before deployment in California.
EnviroCharge selected the Class 4 B4 platform specifically for its performance and reliability, aligning with the company's mission to enhance on-the-go charging capabilities. The strategic partnership highlights the growing demand for flexible and accessible EV charging solutions in an increasingly electrified transportation landscape.
The truck's deployment is particularly notable due to potential financial incentives. Bollinger Motors' trucks qualify for up to $120,000 in federal and state program incentives, making the mobile charging solution not only technologically innovative but also economically attractive for businesses investing in EV infrastructure.
This development comes as Mullen Automotive continues to expand its commercial electric vehicle portfolio. The company has already received IRS approval for federal EV tax credits and has CARB and EPA certifications for its Mullen ONE cargo van and Mullen THREE truck, positioning itself as a significant player in the evolving electric commercial vehicle market.
