Nagarro Appoints Prateek Aggarwal as CFO to Strengthen Finance Leadership and Governance
Nagarro has appointed Prateek Aggarwal as CFO and Management Board member, effective May 1, 2026, to bolster financial discipline and governance amid its global growth and AI transformation.
Nagarro SE, a global digital engineering leader, has appointed Prateek Aggarwal as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Management Board, effective May 1, 2026, for an initial term of three years. The appointment marks a strategic move to strengthen the company’s finance leadership and governance as it pursues sustainable growth and deeper engagement with international capital markets.
Aggarwal brings over 20 years of finance leadership experience in the technology and IT services sector, having held senior roles in global listed companies. Most recently, he served in a senior value creation role at RPSG Group. Prior to that, he was CFO at HCLTech and Hexaware Technologies, where he led global finance functions and supported business growth and transformation initiatives. His track record includes strengthening finance organizations and driving financial excellence at scale.
