Newsweek, in collaboration with Plant-A Insights Group, has released the first-ever list of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Hispanics and Latinos 2025, acknowledging the critical role of diversity and inclusion in today’s corporate environment. This prestigious ranking features 500 U.S.-based companies that excel in creating supportive and inclusive environments for Hispanic and Latino employees, a demographic that constitutes 19% of the American workforce and has seen a 69% growth over the past two decades.

The selection process was meticulous, involving analysis of publicly available data, interviews with HR professionals, and surveys from over 47,000 Hispanic and Latino professionals, alongside more than 700,000 company reviews. Industry giants such as Cedars-Sinai, Crocs, JetBlue, JPMorgan Chase, and Mercedes-Benz are among those recognized for their commitment to fostering workplaces where Hispanic and Latino professionals can flourish.

Jennifer H. Cunningham, Editor-in-Chief of Newsweek, emphasized the significance of the list as a resource for job seekers looking for employers that value diversity and cultural inclusion. The study, which considered companies with over 1,000 employees, utilized over 120 Key Performance Indicators from Aniline to evaluate aspects like leadership, integrity, compensation, and work-life balance.
