Norman Love Confections has announced the launch of its 2025 Holiday Collection and 2025 Hanukkah Collection, limited-edition assortments of artisan chocolates designed to capture the spirit of the season. The collections feature handcrafted, ultra-premium chocolates created by the company's award-winning chocolatiers, with each flavor inspired by holiday traditions and memories.

The Holiday Collection includes ten distinct flavors that evoke classic seasonal experiences. Among the offerings are Candy Cane featuring white chocolate with frosted candy cane ganache, Eggnog combining white chocolate with dark rum-infused spices, and S'More blending milk chocolate with toasted marshmallows and graham crackers. Other flavors include White Christmas with hazelnut, praline and cinnamon, Gingerbread with spiced gingerbread morsels, and Holiday Spiced Caramel featuring buttery caramel infused with festive spices. The collection rounds out with Jingle Bell Java offering rich coffee ganache, Snowflake with smooth vanilla ganace and roasted almonds, Cranberry Cream Torte blending tart cranberries with sweet white chocolate, and Cinnamon Hot Chocolate infused with cinnamon and chili.

The Hanukkah Collection presents eight pieces celebrating Jewish holiday traditions. Chocolate Babka features rich chocolate and cinnamon streusel filling in a dark chocolate shell, while Coconut Macaroon centers coconut filling in dark chocolate. Berry Cheese Blintz combines white chocolate with raspberry and strawberry mascarpone, and Black & White Cookie wraps sugar cookie with chocolate and vanilla icing in white chocolate. Additional offerings include Cinnamon Rugelach with traditional rugelach filling, Vanilla filling in dark chocolate, Tahitian Caramel made with caramel from Tahitian vanilla, Sufganiyot featuring raspberry-filled donut ganache, Chocolate Gelt with a hint of salt, and Festival Orchard with apple cinnamon ganache.

Beyond the boxed collections, the company is introducing several specialty items for the holiday season. A limited-edition edible Advent Calendar will feature seasonal treats and confections for counting down to Christmas. Handcrafted nutcrackers will be available in milk, white and dark chocolate varieties, alongside chocolate bars in festive packaging, party boxes and reimagined gift baskets. These items will be available through www.normanloveconfections.com and at the company's chocolate salons beginning November 10.

The limited-edition collections will be available in multiple sizes, with the Hanukkah Collection offered as an 8-piece set complete with celebratory band. Customers can purchase these collections online and at Norman Love Confections' chocolate salons located in Fort Myers, Naples, Estero, Sarasota, Delray Beach and Boca Raton starting November 10. Extended holiday hours will be implemented from November 25 through January 3, with all salons open on Sundays during this period. Detailed holiday hours can be found at NormanLoveConfections.com.

The launch represents a significant development in the premium chocolate market's seasonal offerings, combining traditional holiday flavors with artisanal craftsmanship. The collections' limited-edition nature and specific cultural inspirations position them as distinctive options in the competitive holiday gifting market, appealing to consumers seeking elevated, tradition-based confectionery experiences during the festive season.
