Paradies Lagardère and Plaza Premium Group Partner to Expand Airport Dining Access Through Vino Volo
A new partnership between airport hospitality leaders Paradies Lagardère and Plaza Premium Group expands premium dining options for travelers through Vino Volo wine bars, enhancing the airport experience across North America.

Paradies Lagardère, a leading North American airport restaurateur and retailer, has partnered with Plaza Premium Group, a global airport hospitality leader, to expand dining options for travelers through the award-winning Vino Volo wine bar concept. The collaboration allows travelers who purchase a Dining Pass via Plaza Premium Lounge's website to access exclusive dining experiences at eligible Vino Volo locations across nearly 30 airports in the United States and Canada.
The partnership represents a strategic expansion of airside dining options for Plaza Premium Lounge users throughout North America. David Bisset, chief development officer at Paradies Lagardère, stated that Vino Volo has long been recognized for offering travelers a comfortable and elevated experience centered around wine, food, and relaxation. This collaboration extends that experience to more guests while supporting Plaza Premium Group's mission to enhance travel with meaningful choices and quality hospitality.
Travelers can purchase a Dining Pass for $35, with an additional 15% discount available for Smart Traveller members. Upon activation through either the Smart Traveller app or email, travelers receive a QR code to present at participating Vino Volo locations. The program offers five specially curated set menus, including red or white wine flights paired with assorted cheeses and gourmet appetizers, or wines by the glass served alongside soups, salads, sandwiches, and flatbreads.

The integration of Vino Volo's premium wine bars and restaurants into Plaza Premium Group's network expands access points while elevating the breadth of experiences available for travelers. The initiative introduces Vino Volo to Plaza Premium Lounge's global community of loyal travelers while providing existing Vino Volo customers with additional benefits through the Dining Pass program. For 20 years, Vino Volo has offered guests the opportunity to explore fine wines from around the globe alongside local craft cocktails, craft beer, and shareable fare in a relaxed, upscale setting. This partnership marks a significant expansion of premium airport dining accessibility, reflecting the growing demand for elevated travel experiences among modern travelers.
