Pegasus Strengthens Leadership with Strategic New Hires and Celebrates Executive Milestones

Pegasus has announced the appointment of George Azzi as Executive Vice President, marking a significant step in the firm's strategic expansion. Azzi, with over two decades of commercial real estate experience in Los Angeles County, is expected to lead Pegasus's advisor growth strategy, focusing on recruitment, professional development, and performance enhancement across the advisory platform. His role will also involve expanding service line offerings and broadening asset class coverage to deepen Pegasus's market presence.

In addition to Azzi, Pegasus welcomes Bahram Fattahinia as Director of Marketing and Daniel Kim as Senior Associate of Finance & Strategy. Fattahinia brings 15 years of experience in brand and performance marketing, while Kim's expertise in private equity and portfolio management will bolster Pegasus's strategic planning and financial reporting infrastructure. These appointments underscore Pegasus's commitment to innovation and excellence in service delivery.

The firm is also celebrating the 10-year anniversaries of two key executives, Daylin Ackerman, Managing Director, and Seth Bell, President. Their contributions have been pivotal in shaping Pegasus's success, with Ackerman expanding the firm's investment sales and advisory business and Bell leading the asset management division to oversee more than 370 commercial properties valued at $3.7 billion.

David Chasin, CEO of Pegasus, highlighted the impact of these milestones on the firm's future. The integration of new talents and the celebration of long-standing leadership achievements reflect Pegasus's readiness to scale with purpose, intelligence, and integrity. This strategic move not only enhances Pegasus's service offerings but also positions the firm as a leader in marrying wealth management with commercial real estate advisory, promising a bright future in the industry.
