The annual Best & Brightest MBAs list showcases 100 exceptional graduate students who demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, diverse backgrounds, and transformative leadership across multiple industries and academic institutions.

Poets&Quants has released its 11th annual Best & Brightest MBAs list, featuring 100 outstanding full-time MBA graduates from the Class of 2025 who represent significant diversity and innovative potential in business education.
The selected students represent a more female-dominated and internationally diverse cohort, with 60% women and 54 students from outside the United States. Notable honorees include entrepreneurs, media professionals, and career transformers who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and creativity.
Key highlights of the 2025 class include Simi Shah from Wharton, who has been invited to the White House twice and made Forbes' '30 Under 30' list, and Amanda Golden from the University of Virginia's Darden School, who transitioned from political journalism to venture capitalism.
The selection process involved nominations from 82 top graduate business schools worldwide, with candidates evaluated on extracurricular involvement, academic and professional achievements, and faculty recommendations. The Boston Consulting Group emerged as the top employer, hiring eight graduates from this prestigious group.
This recognition is part of a broader series by Poets&Quants that celebrates top business students across various academic levels, including undergraduate, full-time MBA, executive MBA, and online MBA programs.
