PowerHouse Data Centers has announced the appointment of John Adametz as Senior Vice President of Development & Construction and Vardahn Chaudhry as Senior Vice President of Asset Management. These strategic hires underscore the company's commitment to scaling its operations to meet the burgeoning needs of hyperscale data center clients. With a development pipeline exceeding 24 million square feet and 6.1 GW across six U.S. markets, PowerHouse is positioning itself as a key player in the digital infrastructure space.

John Adametz brings over three decades of experience in managing complex infrastructure projects, including a significant tenure at Meta and the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps. His expertise is expected to accelerate PowerHouse's project delivery, ensuring that the company can meet the rapid deployment demands of hyperscale clients. Vardahn Chaudhry, with his background in digital infrastructure investment and asset strategy, will oversee the lifecycle of PowerHouse's data center assets, ensuring they align with current and future market trends, including the rise of AI and cloud computing.
