Pressure Point Roofing Acquires Evergreen Roofing, Expanding Pacific Northwest Presence
Pressure Point Roofing acquires Evergreen Roofing, adding 60 Oregon employees and strengthening its position as a comprehensive roofing provider across Oregon, Southern Washington, and Northern California.
Pressure Point Roofing (PPR), a Pacific Northwest roofing company backed by Tambr Partners through its holding company Pacific Northwest Roofing Services, has acquired Evergreen Roofing of Oregon. Based in Eugene, Evergreen has served Oregon with commercial and residential roofing solutions since 1989. The acquisition adds approximately 60 employees to PPR's workforce, bringing the combined team to over 110 employees.
Evergreen will continue to operate under its own brand as part of the expanding PPR platform. The combination positions the two companies as a comprehensive roofing provider across Oregon, Southern Washington, and Northern California. Founded by Eugene native Curtis Large, Evergreen has spent more than three decades building a reputation grounded in quality craftsmanship, integrity, and dependable service, growing into one of the largest full-scale roofing contractors in Oregon.
