Pure Barre Expands to Mountain View with New Studio Led by Local Entrepreneurs
Pure Barre's first Mountain View studio, owned by Sophia and John Lin, opens July 17, offering the community a unique fitness experience that combines low-impact, high-intensity workouts with a focus on community and wellness.

Pure Barre, the largest barre workout brand in the United States, is set to open its first Mountain View studio on July 17, located at 125B E El Camino Real. This expansion introduces the community to Pure Barre's proprietary barre technique, a total body workout designed to strengthen and tone through low impact, high intensity movements.
The studio will be owned by local husband and wife team Sophia and John Lin, who chose Mountain View as their home in 2018. With backgrounds in investment banking and a shared passion for fitness, the Lins saw Pure Barre as an opportunity to contribute to their community's health and wellness. Sophia's personal connection to Pure Barre, which she consistently returned to for its ability to connect like-minded individuals, inspired the couple to bring the franchise to Mountain View.
Pure Barre's popularity, with over 550,000 followers across North America, stems from its effective technique, energetic atmosphere, and musically driven classes. The Mountain View studio will offer 45-50 minute classes focusing on isometric movements to improve strength, agility, and flexibility, taught by highly trained instructors.
