Quad-A Conference Tackles Women's Leadership, Wealth, and Workforce Challenges in Chicago
The Association of African American Financial Advisors will host its 2026 Women's Impact Initiative Network Conference to address leadership, wealth creation, and workforce issues in financial services.

The Association of African American Financial Advisors (Quad-A) will convene its 2026 Women's Impact Initiative Network (WIIN) Conference on June 24-25, 2026, at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel, bringing together women leaders, financial professionals, and corporate executives for two days of conversations focused on leadership, wealth creation, career advancement, and well-being.
This year's conference theme, "Pathways & Power: Women Reimagining Work, Wealth & Wellness," comes at a critical time as the financial services industry faces ongoing workforce, leadership, and talent pipeline challenges. More than 200 attendees are expected to participate, featuring nationally recognized speakers and executives from leading financial institutions. Featured speakers include Sheena L. Gray, Chief Executive Officer of Quad-A; Minda Harts, bestselling author and workplace communication expert; Kelly Keith, CFP®, Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management; and Nicole James Gilchrist, Vice President at Thrivent.
Industry partners include J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, Wells Fargo Advisors, RBC Wealth Management, Ameriprise Financial, Edward Jones, Invesco, and Morgan Stanley. "We cannot close the wealth gap if the people most impacted by it are absent from the rooms where financial decisions are being made. Our mission is to change that," said Sheena Gray, CEO of Quad-A. "The WIIN Conference is designed to equip women with the relationships, strategies, and opportunities necessary to thrive professionally while helping organizations build stronger, more inclusive leadership pipelines."
The conference will explore topics including leadership development, wealth-building strategies, workplace culture, career growth, wellness, and the future of women in financial services. As firms across the industry work to attract, develop, and retain top talent, WIIN serves as a national platform for meaningful dialogue and actionable solutions that support long-term workforce development and economic empowerment. Media are invited to interview speakers and attendees, speak with Quad-A leadership, and capture video and photography at the event.
