Ralph Lauren Announces Board of Directors Update with Angela Ahrendts as New Lead Independent Director

Ahrendts, who has been a member of the Ralph Lauren Board since August 2018, currently chairs the Finance Committee and serves on the Nominating, Governance, and Sustainability Committee. Ahrendts will succeed Hubert Joly, who after 16 years of dedicated service, will not seek reelection.
