Redwood and Rebus Partnership Enhances Warehouse Intelligence Through Advanced Integration Platform
Redwood Logistics and Rebus have deepened their technology partnership, enabling real-time data integration across multiple warehouse management systems to address labor constraints and operational complexity in supply chains.

Redwood Logistics, a leading fourth-party logistics provider, has expanded its partnership with warehouse analytics firm Rebus through enhanced integration capabilities using RedwoodConnect, the company's proprietary 4PL integration platform. This development allows Rebus to leverage RedwoodConnect as an integration engine, enabling seamless delivery of cross-platform intelligence for complex warehouse and logistics operations.
Ryan Uhlenkamp, Chief Executive Officer of Rebus, described the partnership as "a pivotal step forward for warehouse intelligence," noting that combining Rebus data insights with Redwood's integration platform creates unmatched agility for customers facing labor constraints, fulfillment pressures, and increasing operational complexity. The collaboration addresses the challenge of disconnected, siloed systems that hinder agility and growth in supply chain operations.
The integrated solution enables Rebus to extract and normalize real-time data from warehouse management systems (WMS), providing actionable insights into labor productivity and inventory accuracy. When paired with RedwoodConnect, Rebus can seamlessly ingest and harmonize real-time data across an enterprise's entire technology stack, unifying multiple WMS, transportation management systems (TMS), ERP platforms, labor systems, and other supply chain technologies.
Eric Rempel, Chief Innovation Officer at Redwood, emphasized that many customers are burdened by fragmented systems, stating that "with RedwoodConnect and Rebus, we empower shippers to move faster by integrating fragmented systems and unlocking end-to-end visibility, regardless of the platforms they use." The partnership specifically benefits companies operating across multiple WMS solutions or legacy platforms, with RedwoodConnect serving as the unifying element that brings everything together into one intelligent ecosystem.
A recent success story involves a $4 billion distributor managing dozens of distribution warehouses running more than 10 different WMS platforms. Through the RedwoodConnect-Rebus integration, the distributor eliminated disconnected metrics and achieved true, near real-time warehouse visibility and reporting. Rempel added that this type of transformation demonstrates how the partnership enables customers to turn fragmented warehouse and transportation data into a competitive advantage, resulting in faster decisions, greater efficiency, and full visibility across complex networks.
The enhanced partnership offers significant competitive advantages in tight-margin operations like warehousing, enabling rapid market access through real-time data movement and connectivity within weeks while minimizing time to value by addressing data gaps, visibility issues, and revenue optimization challenges. Uhlenkamp concluded that bringing Rebus to a broader audience through Redwood's modern 4PL framework represents an exciting development in warehouse intelligence technology.
