RocketDocs Joins New Revenue Operations Association as Founding Member

RocketDocs, a leading AI-powered knowledge management platform for revenue pursuit, has announced its role as a founding member of the newly launched Revenue Operations and Intelligence Association (ROIA). The partnership underscores RocketDocs' commitment to supporting professionals who manage institutional knowledge to win business and protect revenue.

ROIA is the first independent, not-for-profit association dedicated to serving the complete revenue knowledge ecosystem. Unlike other organizations that focus primarily on bids and proposals, ROIA provides a professional home for a broader community, including sales enablement, RevOps, FinOps, and compliance practitioners. The association is governed by an independent Board of Directors comprised of industry veterans from diverse sectors, none of whom are employed by RocketDocs.

“The launch of ROIA represents a pivotal moment for our industry,” said Perry Robinson, CEO of RocketDocs. “For too long, the people who manage the connective tissue of corporate knowledge have lacked a dedicated space for standards and advocacy. We are honored to support a truly independent body that elevates these professionals on a global scale.”

As part of this launch, RocketDocs is a founding sponsor of the ROIA Excellence Awards, the first independent recognition initiative for the industry. Winners are selected by an impartial jury of senior practitioners and academics. The awards include the Pinnacle Award for team impact, the Trailblazer Award for individual innovation, and the Catalyst Award for professional advocacy. RocketDocs is one of several industry sponsors and maintains no governance or editorial control over the association’s programming or award selections.

The inaugural awards ceremony will be held virtually in late 2026, with nominations opening this summer. For more information on the association and upcoming programs, visit the RocketDocs blog.

This partnership is significant because it addresses a long-standing gap in the revenue operations field. By creating an independent association, ROIA aims to establish standards, provide advocacy, and foster a community for professionals who often work across silos. The move could help elevate the role of revenue knowledge management, which is increasingly critical as companies seek to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
